François-Melchior de Polignac is Chief Executive of Maisons du Monde

François-Melchior de Polignac started his career with L’Oréal in the Financial Control team of Lancôme Italy in 1995. After three years, he joined The Boston Consulting Group in Paris. In 2000, he joined the Carrefour Group as a member of the merger & acquisition team and held several operational and functional positions in France before moving to Poland where he was notably in charge of the supermarket business unit. In 2009, he moved back to Paris leading a group organizational transformation program, driving more than €2bn efficiencies. In 2011, he was appointed CEO of Romania and then, CEO of Belgium late 2013. In 2018, he was appointed Executive Director Group merchandise, and joined the Executive Committee of the group. Since 2020, he has been the Executive Director and Zone CEO, in charge of Belgium, Romania, and Poland. He graduated from HEC in 1994 and holds a master’s degree in International Relations from The University of Cambridge.

Denis Lamoureux has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer since March 2024.

Denis Lamoureux initially worked in an international tax law firm for two years before joining LVMH, where he spent five years in tax structuring and financing. In 2008, he joined Maus Frères International, where he held various strategic roles, first creating the Tax Department for the Group’s international activities, then taking on M&A operations, before being promoted in 2017 to Executive Vice-President Finance and Administration of Lacoste, a period during which the company doubled in size.

Denis Lamoureux is a graduate of HEC Paris and holds a DESS in International Taxation.

Ingrid Crambes-Tisserand joined Maisons du Monde as Chief Human Resources Officer in september 2024. Appointment of Ingrid Crambes-Tisserand as Executive Director of Human Resources at Maisons du Monde. With more than 25 years' experience as Human Resources Director, Ingrid Crambes-Tisserand is recognised for her expertise in a variety of sectors, particularly within selective brands and major retail chains, including branch and affiliate shop networks. This diversity of experience is fully in line with Maisons du Monde's DNA and strategy. Her career has been marked by a major contribution within prestigious groups such as Galeries Lafayette, where she played a key role for six years, contributing in particular to the structuring of Human Resources and the support of shop network teams. She then joined the Coopérative U as Director of Human Resources, where she oversaw a number of innovation projects, including the digitalisation of HR processes and the redefinition of values and managerial culture in a context of unification.

Cédric Paris is the Supply Chain Director at Maisons du Monde.  

Responsible for the supply of products, inventory, order preparation and deliveries for all our BtoC and BtoB activities, he joined Maisons du Monde in 2017, working in the logistics subsidiary of the Distrimag Group, in which he served as Director of Operations before becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2021. In his career, Cédric Paris also spent 18 years working at one of the European leaders in managed temperature logistics as a member of the Logistics Management Committee. He has held positions in Operational Management, the Key Accounts Department, the Method Studies Department and the Business Unit Department.
