The son and grandson of lighting merchants, Guillaume holds a Masters in Management specialising in Finance and began his career as a financial auditor and adviser for the telecommunications and media sector at Ernst & Young. His passion for retail saw him join France's leading department store, Galeries Lafayette-BHV. Experience in sales, procurement, trade marketing, operational marketing and data has given him solid and fully rounded expertise and enabled him to develop a strategic, operational, powerful and fine-tuned outlook.
Customer-focused and an expert in commerce, retail and customer relations in ever-changing and developing forms in our consumer society, he then joined the Louis Vuitton group as E-Retail & Clienteling Manager France & Monaco. Over more than two years, he developed the e-commerce and customer service business, which showcases Maison Louis Vuitton and drives local customer acquisition by promoting customer loyalty and knowledge through Clienteling tools. Creating value, boosting networks and promoting digital, Guillaume drives strategies that are consistent with company values.
